JUNE HOLIDAYS

Hello class!

June holidays is around the corner. What are you going to do during the 4 weeks of holidays? Do share with us some of the exciting activities you have planned for the holidays.

For me, well I am going to Desaru with some of you in the first week of holidays. Other than that, I should be busy with doing some school work and I'll spend some time for relaxing as well.

Do you have any suggestions?

Dear 4 Faith,

Some of you have expressed that you think the class is too noisy and you dislike the class. Remember you are part of the class like a fraction of the class, if you dislike the class, it means you also dislike yourself. I would like to hear some good suggestions on how to make the class a better place to learn. I will consider the sensible suggestions and use them in class. Do keep your suggestions flooding in! ;)

Health Education Project

Hi girls!

It's good to see you again here. Besides doing IPW on Kampong Glam, we also going to do a project on Smoking. You and your teammates have already started on it by brainstorming in the KWL chart.
1) K - What you know about smoking.
2) W - What you would like to know about smoking.
3) L - What you have learnt after doing the research.

We have already done K and W. Now you and your teammates have to do some research to find the answers to the questions you have about smoking.

I have found some websites and hope you find them useful. You can also look for other information on your own.

You are free to use your own materials you want, as long as they do not cost much. You can also draw or print your own pictures. For words, you can either write neatly or type and print out.

Remember the last day of submission is 7 April 2008. It is a competition and I'll pick out the best project. Happy working!

Kampong Glam

Hello 4Faith,

(1) The Kampong Glam trip was an enjoyable experience for me.

(2) I was surprised to know that the few roads in the area carry so much infomation about the Malay Heritage that we can learn from.

End of Term One

Dear 4 Faith,

Congratulations! You have complete term one and there are only three more to go! So far I have enjoyed teaching all of you. What about you? I think your behaviour can be improved. You know how noisy on the last day of school and I had to scold you so many times. Can all of you control yourselves and be more caring for your friends? I really wish you can be more matured next term. Well, I must congratulate the yellow group for showing good behaviour in class. I'll be giving out the prizes next term. As for the rest of you, I am sure you will get a chance to be the winner for next term. Work hard!
